Baked (Shirred) Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 cup half-and-half
Preparation
    Grease 4 (6 ounce) custard cups. Break and slip 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 tablespoon half and half over each egg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0F for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
