Breakfast Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup diced cooked ham
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat oil.
Add the egg mixture.
Cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are completely set.
Stir in the cheese and ham.
Spoon egg mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up.
Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in a resealable plastic bag.
