Berry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg berries (raspberries, blackberries, boysenberries)
    1 kg sugar
    1 lemon, juice of
Preparation
    Heat berries in a large pot until boiling.
    Add lemon juice and boil for 2 minutes.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Stir well.
    Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stand for 2 minutes.
    Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
