1/3 cup butter
4 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
3/4 cup cocoa powder (I recommend Ghiradelli)
2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 dash salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons dry instant coffee
Preparation

Place butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir mixture until all the butter has just melted.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt.
Sift in the confectioner's sugar and ground coffee.
Mix until smooth.
Cool to room temperature and frost away!
