Turtle Shake Protein Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    1 teaspoon butter pecan flavoring
    2 tablespoons fat-free caramel topping (of apple dip) or 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel topping (of apple dip)
    1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (1 scoop of choice)
Preparation
    Blend on high for 2 minutes.
    Enjoy.
