1 lb organic kidney bean
5 cups filtered water
2 tablespoons Braggs Aminos
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 organic avocado
1 cup scallion
Preparation

sprout organic kidney beans by soaking overnight.
add in all ingredients.
cook for 30 - 45 minutes.
cut avocado in chunks.
dice scallions.
serve soup.
add avocados and scallions.
