Italian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ricotta cheese
    3 ounces cream cheese
    6 tablespoons cream
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Blend ricotta and cream cheese.
    Gradually add cream & mix until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, almond, and salt while still beating.
    Pour in to 4 serving dishes.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
