Aceh Style Cucumber Drink Aka Es Timun Aceh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cucumbers, halve lengthwise, discard the seed (if you like the seed, dont discard)
500 ml water
100 g sugar
1 lime, juice of

Preparation

Sugar syrup : Bring water, sugar, and lime juice to a boil until sugar dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool down at room temperature.
Serving : Shave cucumbers. In a lemonade glass, add cucumber shaved and crushed ice. Pour sugar syrup over. Serve.
