Honey Spiced Muffins - cooking recipe

1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. Grease the bottom only of 12 muffin tins, or line with foil/paper cups.
In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Divide batter into 12 muffin tins and bake for 17 minutes.
