Gluten Free Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups gluten-free flour
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    3 cups milk
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, xantham gum and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add Vanilla Extract. Add milk to make a thin batter. Beat until smooth. Stir in oil.
