Chinese Brown Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sherry wine
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine chicken stock, soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
