Champagne Syllabub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

284 ml heavy cream
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
200 ml champagne

Preparation

Whip the cream and sugar together to soft peaks.
Then whip in the Champagne until you have a soft, spoonable mixture.
Serve with macaroons if desired.
