2/3 cup mixed vegetables
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, chopped
Preparation

Spray a larg skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chopped potatoes in the skillet, and cook for a few minutes.
Add the onions and cook until they're turning translucant.
Add veggies and chicken, and cook until done.
