Egyptian Pasta Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 cups beef consomme
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 cup dry egyptian pasta
    1/4 cup sour cream (to taste)
    garlic salt
    ground pepper
Preparation
    In a medium pot brown ground chuck and onion. Add minced garlic when almost done. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients (except sour cream). Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer until rice/pasta is done. 15 minutes? Depends on what kind of rice/pasta you're using. Look at package instructions.
    When done stir in sour cream.
