Soy Milk And Egg Free Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 cups soymilk (can use vanilla flavored)
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Batter will be lumpy.
    Pour 1/4 cup amount of batter onto hot skillet. Flip when bubbles appear on top.
    Serve warm with maple syrup.
