Ingredients

150 ml protein powder (your favourite flavour, but chocolate works very well)
100 ml rolled oats
100 ml low-sugar muesli (no sugar added)
3 tablespoons olive oil or 3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
100 ml milk or 100 ml water
2 teaspoons cocoa powder (optional)
Preparation

Mix all the incredients.
Use about tablespoon of mixture per cookie, pat down.
Bake for about 10 minutes in 200 C/400 F oven.
