Ricotta, Mozzarella And Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie shell
    250 g ricotta cheese
    200 g cubed ham
    200 g mozzarella cheese, cubed
    3 eggs
    1/4 teaspoon saffron
    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
