Orange Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    1 cup orange juice
    1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup brown sugar (or use Spenda brown sugar blend)
    2/3 cup grits, quick-cooking and uncooked
Preparation
    In a saucepan over medium heat bring water and orange juice to a boil.
    Stir in grits, orange peel and salt into water/juice mixture. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
    Pour into serving dishes and sprinkle with brown sugar. Let stand until sugar melts.
