Waldorf Salad Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head of celery, chopped into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 red apple, cubed, chopped into 1/2 chunks (leave skin on)
200 g roquefort blue cheese, crumbled (or something similar)
1 cup walnuts (or Almonds if preferred)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving
