Mandy'S Big Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Eckrich smoked sausage, sliced (or your favorite brand)
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (8 ounce) jar sweet and sour sauce
    1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce (may add more, to taste)
    fresh jalapeno
Preparation
    Place smoked sausage, bell pepper, purple onion, pineapple chunks, sweet and sour sauce, Tabasco sauce, and jalapeno in the slow cooker.
    Cook on HIGH for 1-1 1/2 hours or on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or until bell pepper and onion are tender.
    Serve on top of a bed of rice, or by itself with a salad.
