Arugula And Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 red onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 bunch arugula, rinsed and trimmed
    salt and pepper
    8 ounces hot pasta
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in a medium skillet over low heat; stir in red onion and saute until crisp tender, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in garlic, saute 1 minute.
    Add the arugula, saute, stirring, about 2 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper. Toss with hot pasta and serve.
