Mom'S Passover Matzoh Farfel Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups matzo farfel
    1 cup onion (minced)
    1 cup celery (chopped)
    6 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 1/4 ounces hot water
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
Preparation
    Saute onions, mushrooms and celery until tender.
    Add matzoh farfel.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to matzoh mixture.
    Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
    Bat at 375 for 30 minutes or until firm.
