Marmalade Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups carrots, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    1 tablespoon margarine
    snipped parsley, if desired (to garnish)
Preparation
    Combine carrots, orange juice, ginger and marmalade in 1 1/2 quart casserole Dot with butter.
    Bake uncovered@ 350F 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
