My Eggless Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup finely grated carrot
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees C (175 degrees F).
    Mix the dry ingredients and spices until well blended.
    Add grated carrots. Stir until thoroughly blended.
    Add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in preheated oven for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
