Southern Pig Picken Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 ounces yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup mandarin orange (drained slightly)
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Icing
1 -9 ounce Cool Whip
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple (save juice for top)
1 (6 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding

Preparation

Place cake mix, oil and eggs, in bowl and mix well.
Add oranges and mix a little more.
Pour into two 8 inch round cake pans.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool cake, pour pineapple juice over layers.
Mix pudding and pineapple, then fold in cool whip.
Ice cake, and put in the refrigerator.
