Slow Cooker Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups peeled and chopped apples
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup apple cider
Preparation

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Continue cooking on low for up to 10 hours. Puree with a stick blender until smooth.
Keeps in refrigerator, tightly covered for up to 6 weeks.
