Calcutta Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
1 cup hellmans reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup mango chutney
4 teaspoons curry powder
1 jalapeno (optional)
1 large apple (optional)
2 stalks celery (optional)
1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
1 large onion (optional)
1 ounce cilantro (optional)
1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
1 cup red grapes (optional)
Preparation

Rip chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix mayo, chutney, curry powder, and any or all of the optional ingredients.
Combine with chicken and enjoy!
