Tex-Mex Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces macaroni (can use corn or rice pasta)
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons dried oregano
    1 teaspoon cumin
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef, garlic, and onions in a large skillet sprayed with oil.
    Drain.
    When ground beef is cooked, add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
    Serve with cheese and sour cream if desired.
