Smoked Salmon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 ounces smoked salmon (home smoked if possible)
16 ounces whipped cream cheese
liquid smoke
horseradish
lemon juice
Preparation

Flake the salmon into a medium bowl. Add cream cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 t liquid smoke, 1 or 2 T horseradish and 1 T lemon juice. Mix well. Cover w/plasice wrap, refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
