Pastina En Brodo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    46 ounces chicken broth
    2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
    3/4 cup pastina
    3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth, carrots and 2 cups water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Add pastina and oregano and cook until carrots and pasta are tender, about 5 minutes longer.
    Stir in cheese and parsley. Season with pepper.
