Onions In Madeira - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 red onions, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup madeira wine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place the onions in a non stick frying pan. Add the stock and wine.
Simmer gently, uncovered, until the liquid is almost gone.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
