Stwnsh Rwadan - Welsh Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    450 g potatoes, peeled, chopped
    250 g carrots, peeled, chopped
    250 g swedes, peeled, chopped
    80 g butter
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Steam or boil each vegetable separately.
    Mash each vegetable, and then mix gently together with butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
