Apple And Oat Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g butter
4 apples, grated
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons allspice
Topping
50 g butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add grated apple, sugar and egg and beat by hand.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients.
Put in lined 20 cm square tin.
Melt butter for topping, and add remaining ingredients.
Cover batter with topping mix.
Bake 180 C 45-50 minutes.
Serve with cream or sauce.
The remainder may be eaten as a cake.
