Sweetened Whipped Cream Fraiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups very cold whipping cream
    3/4 cup very cold full-fat sour cream
    3/4 cup icing sugar
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    In a large chilled bowl (place the bowl in the freezer with the whisk attachment for about 10 minutes) using an electric mixer.
    Store any leftover fraiche in the fridge.
