No Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs stewing beef
    1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    10 1/2 ounces ginger ale (use soup can)
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together in an oven safe covered casserole.
    Bake at 350 for 4 hours. DO NOT PEEK.
    Serve over egg noodles.
