Tortellini Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    8 cups torn romaine lettuce
    1 cup seasoned salad crouton (Caesar croutons)
    cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic; mix well.
    Drain tortellini and rinse in cold water; place in a big bowl; add the romaine and remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat; season with salt and pepper, if needed.
    Top with croutons and tomatoes.
