Deluxe Japanese Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons flour
4 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons mochiko sweet rice flour
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Wash chicken and dry pieces with paper towel.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Place in covered container and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Deep fry.
