Tuna Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup water
    1 can mushroom, drained
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 cans tuna, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tuna, in saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add tuna and mix until heated through.
    Serve with crackers or over rice.
