Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g cream cheese
1 cup tasty cheese, grated
1 pickled onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons gherkins, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and cheese in a bowl until soft.
Add pickled onion, parsley, gherkin, ketchup, worcestershire and tabasco sauces and paprika.
Beat well to combine, shape into ball.
Roll in chopped nuts until well coated.
Wrap and chill until firm.
