Easy Cornbeef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup corned beef, roughly chopped
    2 cups potatoes, roughly chopped
    1 onion, roughly chopped
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Depending on the size of your food processor, layer the cornbeef, potatoes and onions and PULSE the mixture until it is finely diced, about double the size of cooked rice. Be sure not to over process. Heat your saute pan to medium high and fry until potatoes are done and it is lightly browned. Serve with fried eggs on top, if desired.
