Pork Chops With Orange Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 pork chops
2 oranges, sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 cup orange juice
Preparation

Brown the chops in a little oil.
When chops are brown on both sides, remove from pan.
Add brown sugar, stirring till sugar is melted.
Add orange slices, turn often.
When brown, add orange juice and chops.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
