Hibiscus Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -5 dried hibiscus flowers (in local Hispanic stores)
    6 -8 ounces boiling water
    sugar, to taste (optional)
    mint sprig (optional)
Preparation
    Place blossoms in a teacup Cover with boiling water.
    When cool enough to taste, add sugar if desired.
    Garnish with mint.
