Ingredients

3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cups tiny fresh pea pods (can sub 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 large lettuce leaves
Preparation

Heat peanut oil in a skillet.
Add peas, onions, salt and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes.
Add lettuce.
