Cajun Creole Style Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
3/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup green onion, diced small
3/4 yellow onion, diced small
3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced small
2 cups white rice, raw
3 1/2 cups water
Preparation

saute vegetables in butter over medium heat until soft.
add all other ingredients and stir well bring to a boil reduce the heat and cover.
turn heat to low for 25 minutes.
