Southern Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese
10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 whole finely chopped seeded jalapeno
3 chopped green onions (green parts included)
1/4 finely chopped bell pepper (any color)
1/4 cup finely chopped green olives
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped pecans, enough to cover ball generously
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except for pecans, to make 2 softball size balls or one large ball.
Roll balls in pecans to cover completely.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
