Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 - 3 lbs potatoes, rinsed and chopped into about 1/2 inch pieces
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 head garlic, separated and cloves sliced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Place potatoes into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    Cover potatoes with the oil, garlic and pepper; mix to coat.
    Bake for 60-70 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
