Chicken Imperial A' La Laura - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bone-in skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken breasts.
Heat butter in skillet. Saute' chicken breast on both sides to brown. Transfer to ovenproof glass baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients into skillet dripping, blend well, and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until tender.
Serve over rice with pan juices.
