Healthy Cucumber Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
    4 tablespoons hummus
    16 reduced-fat crackers (I use Wheat Thins)
    1/4 cup green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Slice cucumber and green olives up.
    Spread a little bit of hummus on each cracker.
    Top with cucumber and green olives.
    Multiply ingredients for more people as an appetizer.
