Emeril'S Spice Blend Recipes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    BAYOU BLAST (CREOLE SEASONING)
    2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
    2 tablespoons salt
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    SOUTHWEST SPICE SEASONING
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    RUSTIC RUB
    8 tablespoons paprika
    3 tablespoons cayenne
    5 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
    6 tablespoons garlic powder
    3 tablespoons onion powder
    6 tablespoons salt
    2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
    2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients (of your choice of spice blend) in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
    Spice blends can be stored in an airtight container in your spice cabinet for up to 3 months.
