Fresh Warm Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked tender
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar, add more to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan to drain on paper towel.
Saute onion in bacon drippings for 3 minutes.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients and heat through.
Pour over warm beans.
